At Startland, we’re unlocking the starter in everyone.

We believe communities are built by starters — innovators, creators, and entrepreneurs — but this opportunity is not available to everyone. By making innovation accessible and approachable to all, we unlock the potential in individuals and their communities. We are starting in Kansas City.

We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit that  focuses on capacity building which consists of exposure, skills development, and connections through storytelling, education, and experiences.

Our three core values — authenticity, community, and impact — are present in everything we do. It’s how we engage and support the community. It’s how we engage and support each other.

The successful candidate is one that thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the drive and initiative to just make things happen. And with the ambition to learn, grow, and do good along the way. Startland has the commitment and community focus of a non-profit, but with the energy of a startup.
